Wholesale and Cash Sales

  • Ton Poosh Helal sells all its products in bulk and in cash.
  • Single sales are not done in any way.
  • The minimum quantity that can be ordered is above 5 dozen.
  • The number of clothes in each dozen is 12 pieces.
  • In colored dozen, two pieces of each color are available.

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of the product (underwear) and in order to maintain the health and safety of customers, it is not possible to return orders after shipping. Therefore, please make sure about the size, color and model you want before finalizing the order.

Ability to Cancel the Order

If you decide to cancel the order before sending it, you can cancel your order by contacting the sales department.

Shipping Methods

To ship goods internationally, the appropriate transportation method (sea, air, land, or rail) is chosen based on the cargo’s weight, volume, and destination. Necessary documents like the commercial invoice, packing list, and customs forms are prepared. Finally, the goods are loaded, insured, and dispatched to the destination by a reliable shipping company.

Shipping Cost

The cost of sending the goods is borne by the customer.
